Hy-StorE100: Pioneering Hydrogen Education at BBZ Dithmarschen
On March 20, 2025, the new energy transition learning venue, “Hy-StorE100,” was officially inaugurated at the BBZ Dithmarschen vocational training center. This innovative project plays a crucial role in training future professionals in hydrogen technologies.
We at H2 Core Systems GmbH are especially proud to support this forward-thinking initiative in our region. Our Indoor HydroCab®, featuring an electrolyzer, fuel cell, and hydrogen storage system, is now integrated into the BBZ’s energy system, providing hands-on education with cutting-edge hydrogen technology.
The project offers a real-world test environment to explore the integration of renewable energy, hydrogen technologies, and smart energy management into existing infrastructure. The EDDIE platform, developed as part of the H2-Giga project SYSTOGEN100 by Fichtner IT Consulting GmbH, serves as a central hub connecting renewable energy production, system control, and end users.
In collaboration with the Entwicklungsagentur Region Heide and Kreis Dithmarschen, this project marks an important milestone in training skilled professionals for the future-oriented technologies of the energy transition. Monika Raguse emphasizes: “Our students will become ambassadors for sustainability and climate protection.”
We are excited to implement such an advanced project right on our doorstep. Together with our partners from science, education, and economic development, we are shaping the future of energy supply!

Components

WPS - Water Purification System
Enapter electrolysers are highly resilient to water input and can be fed with purified rainwater or tap water. A simple reverse osmosis processes with resin filters can provide the required water quality. The water input to the electrolyser needs to be desalinated and have a conductivity of < 20 µS/cm.

Enapter AEM Electrolyser EL 4
High efficiency Electrolyser with low requirements for input water purity. The Modules can be easily integrated in 19“ racks and have low maintenance requirements. As many modules as needed are addable to a scalable and modular System.

Enapter Water Tank Module (WTM) 2.1
The water tank is rack mountable into a standard 19” cabinet. It is able to supply 11 AEM electrolysers with clean water,

Enapter Dryer
The dryer is maintenance- free. During operation, one cartridge catches the humidity from the hydrogen gas stream of the electrolyser, while the other cartridge is heated and regenerated. The dryer is rack- mountable in a standard 19” cabinet.
