Use of the electrolysis system in a biogas plant for enriching biogas with hydrogen. It is tested how much can be fed in without endangering the process of biogas production.
H2 Core Systems has also done the complete piping and connection of the memory.
Components

AEM Electrolyser EL 4.0
High efficiency Electrolyser with low requirements for input water purity. The Modules can be easily integrated in 19“ racks and have low maintenance requirements. As many modules as needed are addable to a scalable and modular System.

Water Tank Module (WTM) 2.1
The water tank is rack mountable into a standard 19” cabinet. It is able to supply 11 AEM electrolysers with clean water,

WPS - Water Purification System
Enapter electrolysers are highly resilient to water input and can be fed with purified rainwater or tap water. A simple reverse osmosis processes with resin filters can provide the required water quality. The water input to the electrolyser needs to be desalinated and have a conductivity of < 20 µS/cm.

Dryer
The dryer is maintenance- free. During operation, one cartridge catches the humidity from the hydrogen gas stream of the electrolyser, while the other cartridge is heated and regenerated. The dryer is rack- mountable in a standard 19” cabinet.

Storage
The most cost efficient way to store hydrogen is using the already 35 bar of our electrolysis systems. Up to >4,000 Nm³ to 115 m³ vessels!
