H2 Core Systems is a spin-off of a specialist company for fluid system technologies and has extensive expertise in the application of gases in industrial plants. The customer is at the heart of everything we do, and our team of experts works hand-in-hand to forge long-term relationships.

Since it’s founding in 2020, H2 Core Systems has successfully installed over 200 systems in 40 countries worldwide. We produce and install modular, scalable plug & play electrolysis systems for use worldwide – combining them with the latest storage and fuel cell technologies to create centralized energy supply systems.

Internal Sales Representative (m/f/x)

We are looking for you to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative (m/f/x) at our location in Heide, starting January 1st, 2025!

YOUR TO-DOs:

  • Commercial order processing and preparation of quotations, invoices and post-calculations for our global customers
  • Support with quotation follow-up, optionally in direct customer contact
  • Support with strategic target customer acquisition
  • Communication with customers and close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams as well as interface management with various departments (production, purchasing, logistics)
  • Independent review of inquiries and offers for factual and legal accuracy, in particular of customer-specific ancillary conditions
  • Development and establishment of a largely digitalized process structure in the area of sales as well as creation and maintenance of customer master data in the ERP system
  • Continuous participation in improvement processes for internal order processing and customer service in cooperation with the colleagues in charge
  • Preparation of key figures for controlling

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Ideally, you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a university degree, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in sales, internal sales, and/or order management (preferably in the technical field)
  • Process know-how (such as pre- and after-sales services) is desirable
  • Experience with customs and export formalities is advantageous
  • You are proficient in dealing with MS Office and ideally have already gained initial experience with ERP systems
  • You have strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders – Due to our internationality, good German and English skills are required (but don’t worry, we offer training opportunities)
  • You are proactive and willing to continuously develop yourself further
  • You count the ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility, structure, diligence, and assertiveness among your strengths
