H2 Core Systems is a spin-off of a specialist company for fluid system technologies and has extensive expertise in the application of gases in industrial plants. The customer is at the heart of everything we do, and our team of experts works hand-in-hand to forge long-term relationships.

Since it’s founding in 2020, H2 Core Systems has successfully installed over 200 systems in 40 countries worldwide. We produce and install modular, scalable plug & play electrolysis systems for use worldwide – combining them with the latest storage and fuel cell technologies to create centralized energy supply systems.

Technical Customer Service Support (m/f/x)

For our group of companies, we are looking for you to join our team as a Technical Customer Service Support (m/f/x) for our location in Heide at the earliest possible date!

YOUR TO-DOs:

  • Identification and solving our customers‘ technical issues, independently or in collaboration with the technical team
  • Serve as the point of contact and interface between customers, project management, and internal departments on technical inquiries related to our hydrogen systems
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting of systems and plants
  • Collaborate closely with external service providers and advise our international customers and service technicians
  • Actively develop our services and tools: utilizing and expanding our existing knowledge database to answer customer inquiries accurately and quickly
  • Maintaining the ERP system with regard to customer data and communication

YOUR SKILLS:

  • You have completed technical apprenticehip, hold a technician or industrial foreman certification, or possess a comparable qualification – We are open to all vocational and academic backgrounds, but an affinity for technical matters is required
  • Ideally, you have gained initial work experience in customer service, technical support, or service desk roles
  • You are proficient in using MS Office and ticketing systems, and have experience with ERP systems
  • Good German and English language skills are required
  • Customer orientation and satisfaction drive your daily actions; you embody the service mindset and a solution-oriented approach: In the after-sales area, your priority is to support the customer and work together to find a solution
  • You describe yourself as a “doer”: Curiosity for technical matters, initiative, commitment, and determination are your defining traits
