Since it’s founding in 2020, H2 Core Systems has successfully installed over 200 systems in 40 countries worldwide. We produce and install modular, scalable plug & play electrolysis systems for use worldwide – combining them with the latest storage and fuel cell technologies to create centralized energy supply systems.

Student worker/Student internship (m/f/x) in Engineering/ Product development
We are looking for you to join our team as a Student worker/Student internship (m/f/x) in the field of engineering/product development at our location in Heide at the earliest possible date!
YOUR TO-DOs:
- Project support in various project phases, such as the planning, implementation, and commissioning of our hydrogen systems (e.g. commissioning of our Micro-Hulc)
- Active participation in the further development of the Engineering department
- Development and optimization of processes and components: Conception and implementation of an approach including verification development
- Commissioning of a complete system under real conditions and focus analyses (e.g. with focused consideration of heat distribution)
- Design and implementation of innovative automation technology solutions
- Planning the cabinets (utilizing product development or a greenfield project) and redesigning the container design
- Integration of sensor technology in energy efficiency systems, such as pressure, temperature, and energy management systems, as well as measurement data acquisition and processing
- Carrying out long-term tests: setting up a test cabinet for hydrogen components, e.g. from electrolysis to fuel cells
YOUR SKILLS:
- You are studying one of the following degree programs:
- Bachelor: Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Management, and Technology, Green Building Systems, or a comparable field of studies
- Master: Green Energy, Automation Technology, Industrial Engineering – Digital Economy, Master Engineering and Management or a comparable field of studies
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office programs
- You are enthusiastic about technology and technological progress and want to be part of it
- Structured, independent, and committed way of working
- Business fluent communication in German and good English skills
