Since it’s founding in 2020, H2 Core Systems has successfully installed over 200 systems in 40 countries worldwide. We produce and install modular, scalable plug & play electrolysis systems for use worldwide – combining them with the latest storage and fuel cell technologies to create centralized energy supply systems.

Quality Management Representative (m/f/x)
We are looking for you to join our team as a Quality Management Representative (m/f/x) at our location in Heide at the earliest possible date!
YOUR TO-DOs:
- Quality management: Monitoring, maintaining and continuously developing our quality management system, which is already certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, as well as establishing and implementing it in accordance with ISO 14001 (environmental management system standard) and ISO 26000 (social responsibility and sustainability management)
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance and maintaining our ISO 9001 certification and other relevant legal, normative, regulatory, and regulatory requirements
- Quality management system: introducing, setting up, maintaining and managing our QM system using Q.wiki as a modern and collaborative QM tool to increase our efficiency
- Process management: process design and optimization in coordination with stakeholders
- Document management: Administration and maintenance of QM documentation as well as technical documentation for each product, design of the document management system in SharePoint/Teams
- Regulatory: Conducting conformity assessment procedures for our products including product risk management
- Audit management: planning and implementation of internal audits and coordination and support of audits by external certification bodies and certifications
- CAPA management: definition and coordination of corrective and preventive measures in the CAPA process, moderation of the Q-Circle committee, follow-up of measures and verification of implementation
- Quality assurance: ensuring and implementing quality assurance measures in the context of product and process conformity
- Data protection: data protection management in collaboration with the external data protection officer
YOUR SKILLS:
- Successfully completed vocational training with further training as a master craftsman or technician and further training in quality assurance/quality management or a successfully completed degree in a comparable field of study (mechanical engineering, production technology, quality management, etc.)
- Several years of professional experience in quality management would be desirable
- Knowledge of the applicable quality standards and regulations, e.g. DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001, DIN EN ISO 26000, or other standards
- Strong quality awareness, analytical skills and a safe and careful way of working
- Decision-making ability, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
- Very good German and good English skills are required
