Since it’s founding in 2020, H2 Core Systems has successfully installed over 200 systems in 40 countries worldwide. We produce and install modular, scalable plug & play electrolysis systems for use worldwide – combining them with the latest storage and fuel cell technologies to create centralized energy supply systems.

IT systems administrator/ ERP-specialist (m/f/x)
For our group of companies, we are looking for you to join our team as an IT systems administrator/ ERP specialist (m/f/x) for our location in Heide at the earliest possible date!
YOUR TO-DOs:
- Microsoft 365 cloud administration: implementation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services; management of authorizations, access rights and user accounts
- Microsoft 365 Share Point administration: setup, user management and backup strategy of the cloud-based Share Point structure.
- Cloud ERP system: Administration and process development in our ERP system and interface with the system developer to implement change requests from the user teams
- Setting up new workstations: Installation, configuration and administration of hardware and software for employees; implementation of software installations
- Technological development: evaluating new technologies and integrating them into the existing infrastructure; making suggestions for optimizing processes and systems
- Network and system administration: monitoring and maintaining the entire, modern IT infrastructure; troubleshooting network and system problems; managing the mobile communication structure (no dedicated server systems!)
- Software installation and updating: updating applications, operating systems and CAD software
- IT security: implementing security policies and measures; detecting and responding to security incidents
- Regular IT security training: training and guidance for users; creation of internal training materials
- Communication & Help Desk: Collaborate with other departments to understand and implement IT requirements; communicate system changes and outages to team members; resolve team hardware and software issues
- Optional – Programming of energy management systems for our customer projects: Close cooperation with our engineering as well as partner companies to realize projects in the area of our energy management software for monitoring and control of hydrogen-based energy systems.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Completed vocational training or studies in the fields of computer science, information technology, business informatics, home automation or related technical fields is desirable<
- Equally considered are applications from people with a high technical affinity and relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility in a medium-sized group of companies
- You are experienced in the administrator handling of Microsoft365 and have very good knowledge of current common software and hardware<
- Proactive way of working and strong problem-solving skills for technical challenges
- Flexibility and willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies and workflows
- You have a knack for explaining complex technical concepts in an understandable way
- Good German and English skills are required (but don’t worry, we offer training opportunities)
