Angestellte/r im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d)
Wir, H2 Core Systems GmbH, suchen Dich zur Verstärkung unseres Team als Angestellte/r im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Heide zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt!
Your tasks will include:
- Du bist für den Zahlungsverkehr und das Erstellen der Zahlungsläufe verantwortlich
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Mahnwesen und die Verwaltung der offenen Posten
- Du übernimmst die Buchung und Kontierung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenrechnung
- Du bearbeitest Sachkonten und Bankbuchungen
- Du unterstützt die Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Du kümmerst dich um die Buchung der Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnung
- Du übernimmst die Stammdatenpflege
- Du führst Monatsabschlüsse durch
- Du kümmerst dich um die Buchhaltungskorrespondenz und Archivierung
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Steuerberater zusammen
- Du bereitest eigenverantwortlich interne Berichtserstattungen vor
- Du bist für die Kontrolle und Aufbereitung von Finanzdaten (KLAR) verantwortlich
- Du betreust das Fuhrparkmanagement
- Du legst Rechnungen (Eingänge) im Warenwirtschaftssystem an
- Du kümmerst dich um das Post- und Büromanagement
- Du bereitest Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse vor
- Du erstellst und übermittelst die monatliche Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung, sowie die innergemeinschaftlichen Umsätze an das Finanzamt
Your professional skills include:
- Idealerweise verfügst Du über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und gute Kenntnise im Bereich Finanzverwaltung und Controlling
- Du hast eine hohe Affinität zum elektronischem Datenaustausch- und Systemen- Stichwort „digitale Buchhaltung-papierlos“
- Du befasst dich kontinuierlich mit gesetzlichen Anforderungen im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung und setzt diese entsprechend um
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Trainingsmöglichkeiten stellen wir)
Du überzeugst uns, wenn:
– Du kommunikativ bist und gerne im Team arbeitest
– Du auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf bewahrst und flexible Lösungsansätze findest
