Es handelt sich um einen \u2248 1 MW Containerelektrolyseur, der f\u00fcr eine schnelle Inbetriebnahme weitgehend vormontiert ist und \u00fcber 420 AEM-Steckmodule rund um eine gemeinsame Anlagenbalance (BoP) verf\u00fcgt.<\/h5>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row gap=&#8220;20&#8243; content_placement=&#8220;top&#8220; css=&#8220;.vc_custom_1701775533863{margin-top: 0px !important;}&#8220;][vc_column width=&#8220;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8220;&#8220;]Im Dezember 2023 konnten wir gemeinsam mit unserem Partner enapter den neuen Enapter AEM NEXUS 1000 vorstellen und im Bioenergiepark Saerbeck installieren. Der containerisierte AEM-Gro\u00dfelektrolyseur wurde an das MW-Multifunktionsforschungsprojekt von siz energieplus geliefert und vor Ort installiert.<\/p>\n<p>Hier einige Spezifikationen und Fakten zum Enapter AEM Nexus 1000:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kapazit\u00e4t:<\/strong> 450 kg\/24 Stunden, bis zu 35 barg, 99,999 % mit optionalem Trockner<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hohe Effizienz<\/strong>: 3-100 % des nominalen H2-Durchflusses<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hohe Qualit\u00e4t<\/strong> aufgrund der Modularit\u00e4t des AEM-Stacks und des Verzichts auf teure Materialien wie Titan, Platin und Iridium<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schnelle Reaktionszeit<\/strong> mit variablen erneuerbaren Energien<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hohe Leistung<\/strong> durch modularen Aufbau (420 AEM-Stacks)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8220;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8220;&#8220;]Die Systemarchitektur des Enapter AEM Nexus nutzt die Vorteile standardisierter und modularer AEM-Stacks. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen industriell erprobte und allgemein verf\u00fcgbare Systemkomponenten verwendet werden.<br \/>\n\u00dcberdies f\u00fchrt der modulare Ansatz zu einem zuverl\u00e4ssigeren und robusteren System. F\u00e4llt beispielsweise ein Modul aus, wird nur ein Bruchteil der Produktion gestoppt. Die betroffenen Module k\u00f6nnen dann schnell und einfach ausgetauscht werden.
